I am looking for a good PVE build for Para. I saw the thread with the Focused anger build. Is that the best one around? What would be the other skills besides the ones listed and the attribute stat breakdown?

You can go through RoT as a wammo with healing skills, it doesn't mean the build isn't fail.

A PvE paragon without SY is pretty fail. SY is pretty much a staple on a PvE paragon. Sure you'll still be effective without it, but a +100 armor party wide buff that can be kept up almost indefinitely is just amazing. Theres no reason you shouldn't have it.

I think that says enough about how much certain things are needed in PvE.

(Oh and please stop belittling me with comparing something that is bad - with something that is very good - just not godly!)

Instead of spear of lightning, swap it out for spear of fury. Optional would be the command shout that causes weakness so you can always cast that and throw spear of fury to get the adrenaline gain.

Spear of Fury is okay but if you have GW:EN there are much better PvE skills to look into.

So someone with only Nightfall cannot make a skillbar that isn't fail?

SY is a paragon skill, is it not?

Someone without Nightfall won't be making a paragon.

Not with Leadership giving 6 energy every time you shout "Save Yourselves!" or "There's Nothing to Fear!".

Yeah but you need to be able to get to Factions so that the dude will sell it to you.
As long as you hadn't unlocked the travel to Cantha - the dude will just offer you scrolls/jade/amber/raise rep.

There bar will be inferior, but not fail. If you have factions and nightfall and you choose to not bring SY, that's fail. If you only have nightfall, there's nothing you can do.

I'm guessing you've never played a paragon. Leadership, read the description. At 12 leadership, you get 6 energy per shout when you're in your 8 man party. You'll be using SY every 4 attacks, which is 6 energy every few seconds. If you run into energy problems, you're either getting blocked or you're just bad.

Seriously. If you manage to run out of energy on a paragon in a full party, there's something seriously wrong.

If you're getting blocked you're being bad at SY paragon. You have one job; attack initial target, change if Aegis/Guardian goes up to keep adrenaline gain up.

You will run into energy problems if you hit your attack skills on recharge without a Dark Fury present. Basically, what I'm saying is bring Dark Fury so you can smash skills as often as possible.
